We began a lunchtime walking routine with the goal of entering a 5K walk (Small Change, Big Difference #94). We’re pleased to tell you that on May 16, twenty Medical Trust employees and their families participated in the New York City Police Department’s Ninth Annual 5K Memorial Walk/Run

In December of last year, we invited our readers to join our “Small Change, Big Difference” campaign by offering 100 simple steps for how to become healthier in a variety of small ways. We hope you were able to incorporate one or more of these steps and see the impact that even small changes to your diet or daily routine can have.
