I was pleased to recently be invited to contribute to the website At The Threshold. This website "host[s] expansive conversations with Christians around the world, and it will inspire action by highlighting examples of Christianity in action. Seek to transform unjust structures of society, to challenge violence of every kind and to pursue peace and reconciliation.

The Episcopal Church has long acknowledged that our faith does not exist in a vacuum, nor should it. Seeking to transform unjust structures of society requires us to carefully evaluate how we do so. Is there a way forward to work within a system, advocating for new policies and processes that can move us closer to our vision of a just world? Or is the system so broken that we must create something new?
