<h1><a href="/blog/rethink-your-drink-for-summer">Rethink Your Drink for Summer</a></h1>
I can remember when I was growing up it truly was a special treat to have a Coke. As soon as I had one, I would immediately begin scheming to get another one. What if I was extra good or helped out around the house? Would mom notice? Often, I would even point this out to her: "Why can't I have a Coke? I've been GOOD!"

On Sept. 7 more than 40 bicyclists rode in the third annual St. John’s Classic, hosted by St. John’s Episcopal Church in Mason City, Iowa. Cyclists could chose a 22-mile ride, a 50-mile ride, or a 100-mile “century” ride, a new feature this year.

<h1><a href="/blog/i-found-my-way-to-10000-steps">I Found My Way to 10,000 Steps</a></h1>
One thing I quickly noticed is I spend even more of my day sitting than I thought. It's not unusual for me to have to make an effort to get to 3000 steps, let alone the recommended 10,000. This week, I discovered the motivation I might need to get my steps in regularly: my favorite corner in Indianapolis, 54th and College.

<h1><a href="/blog/a-little-pick-me-up-in-the-email-today">A Little Pick-Me-Up in the Email Today...</a></h1>
Foundations of friendships were laid during the event, and at our Good Friday meeting. Much of the conversation that day centered not on the exercise we had all undertaken but, rather, on the spiritual insights gained through the provided meditations and scripture passages.

<h1><a href="/blog/diocese-of-bethlehem-is-moving">Diocese of Bethlehem is Moving!</a></h1>
This year, five parishes from the Diocese of Bethlehem, as well as several other "independents" have joined together to collectively walk the distance from eastern Pennsylvania to Jerusalem to arrive in time to walk the Via Dolorosa on Good Friday. [We're] 533 miles ahead of schedule as of last Saturday, so should arrive in that Holy City in time for the first Eucharist at the Passover Feast!
