Rest in Peace: Tom Barnes
In my travels, I regularly talk with many who remain interested in the life of Jean Denton. Many of you know her husband, Tom Barnes, and ask about him often. It is with great sadness that I inform you that Tom passed away this weekend. The announcement from St. Paul's is below, as is the link to his obituary.
Jean has been a dear friend and a wonderful support to me. My heart grieves for her and her family during this difficult time. Of course, Jean and Tom are remembered in our prayers. I know many of you would want to know of Tom's passing and it is for this reason that I have written today.
If you have Jean's home address, please feel free to drop her a note directly. I am told at this time that a written note is the best way to let her know you are thinking of her. If you do not have her home address already, you may send correspondence to the NEHM office at 6050 N. Meridian St., Indianapolis, IN 46208. Please mark it Attn: Jean Denton and I will be sure she receives it.
